Hawking and the Universe

Stephan William Hawking as known today is a theoretical physicist who had a quest to find the true nature of the universe. Born in 1942 in Oxford, UK has become the epitome of determination for the whole mankind. This British physicist sought to uncover the greatest mysteries of time through his greatest selling book 'A Brief History of Time' .The book revels some of the great facts about time and the cosmos in a way anyone who doesn't even have a basic understanding of science could understand. He did his honors at Oxford University college; inspite being offered Mathematics he chose to go with physics and was awarded a first class degree in natural science. He then progressed to Cambridge to do research on cosmology. He had held the location professorship in mathematics in Cambridge, (the chair once held by Issac Newton) being a highly productive researcher. He was diagnosed with ALS(Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) in his third year at Oxford, which is a fatale neuro-muscular disease that progressed with a series of pneumonia which took his voice and motion.
He lived with the disease for 36 years. A computer simulated program attached to his wheel chair gifted to him by his friend called 'Equalizer' aided him to communicate with the world. He pondered on the singularity on Black holes and the beginning of time ;had published his first work with Roger Penrose for illustrating that every solution for the equation of general relativity guarantees the existence of a singular boundary between time and space in the past. Later he researched on the quantum evaporation of Black Holes and found Hawking Radiation. In spite of these discoveries he was not awarded any Nobel prizes which puzzled many people. Stephan Hawking left the world on 14th of March 2018

There is nothing bigger or older than the universe.We think life evolve spontaneously around and know about the probability of a history of life from two main evidences. The algae fossils estimating 3.5 billion years ago and that earth has evolved 4.6 billion years ago.The earth is formed 4.6 years ago and was probably hot for the first half billion years. There could be definitely life on other galaxies with a suitable living conditions. Life appeared on earth probably half a billion years ago which is very short compared to the 10 million years life time or more of a planet of earth type. This suggest that the probability of life appearing is recently high. On the other hand we don't seem to have been visited by aliens, we have discontinued reports from UFO's and we couldn't track any alien television radio signals .It says that there has not been any alien civilization within a few hundred light years from us with our age of development.
